Meaning: Content has been published in a channel in Mediaspace or in a media gallery in OLAT.​​​​​​​
Depending on how access is configured in the channel.

Shared repository
Shared repositories are used to publish content in channels. Channel members with the ‘Member’ role can view content. Those with the ‘Contributor’, ‘Moderator’ or ‘Manager’ roles can contribute content. Content from shared repositories can be published on other channels.
