UZH Print Plus – Failed transaction

If something goes wrong when you top up your credit, you can report it to us using the following form:

How the review works

  1. We will check whether any failed transactions have been registered under your name in UZH Print Plus or in the PostFinance portal.
  2. We will check whether your payment method has been charged without the credit being added to your account.
  3. If necessary, we will request additional documentation (e.g., payment receipts).
  4. Depending on your preference::
    • We will retroactively credit the amount to your UZH Print Plus account, or
    • We will arrange for a chargeback to your payment method.
  5. You will receive a brief response from us as soon as the case is closed.
