UZH Print Plus – Failed transaction
If something goes wrong when you top up your credit, you can report it to us using the following form:
How the review works
- We will check whether any failed transactions have been registered under your name in UZH Print Plus or in the PostFinance portal.
- We will check whether your payment method has been charged without the credit being added to your account.
- If necessary, we will request additional documentation (e.g., payment receipts).
- Depending on your preference::
- We will retroactively credit the amount to your UZH Print Plus account, or
- We will arrange for a chargeback to your payment method.
- You will receive a brief response from us as soon as the case is closed.
