Eligibility to make calls abroad

The "STANDARD" authorization allows connections abroad in accordance with subsequent LIst.
For connections in other countries, the "Worldwide" authorisation must be approved by the cost centre managers and ordered by the Telecom Delegates from the Central IT/Telephony
