Convert existing NatelGo subscription to private subscription

If you’d like to transfer your UZH NATEL® go subscription to a personal plan, you’ll receive an email from Swisscom. You can choose which plan to transfer the number to. 

If you wish to transfer your NATEL® go contract to a provider other than Swisscom, you must visit a Swisscom Shop within five days of receiving this email and convert your existing NATEL® go subscription to a prepaid plan. You can then port your phone number to an external provider (e.g., Sunrise, Salt, or Yallo).

For the transfer (withdrawal) of the number a transfer declaration must be submitted:

Please note that the form

Order form NatelGo voice subscription (DE) 

must also be submitted. Here the signature of the Telecom Delegate is mandatory! Please send all documents to the Telephony group.

Swisscom will not accept any resignations without the necessary forms.
