Switching from an existing ZOOM account to the Campus License

If you already have a ZOOM account (free version or single license) based on a UZH email address, you can switch to the campus license of the University of Zurich as described below

1. Log in to ZOOM with your UZH email address. (Single sign-on, e.g. as with MS Teams)
2. You will receive the following message: ‘Become a member of the University of Zurich's Zoom account.’
3. Choose «join the account» and «login with SSO»

If you have an ongoing paid subscription with Zoom, the costs should be refunded to you calculated on the day of cancellation. You can find further information on the ZOOM website.
