Look up IT Coordinator
The IT and Network Coordinators are responsible for each individual institute's IT infrastructure and serve as a contact point to Central IT.
Tasks
The tasks are based on the university’s computer science strategy. This includes the services offered by Central IT:
- Administration of users' institute accounts
- Compliance with security guidelines
- Purchase of software
- Hardware support with repairs, disposal and server hosting
- Setup of a MySQL database
- Request for a Global Backup
- Management of IP numbers and DNS names
