With the Scan and Send function, scanned documents can be sent by e-mail to your UZH e-mail address.
Hold the UZH card against the card reader of the multifunction device for identification. Place the document to be scanned in the feeder or on the glas and select the Scan and Send function:
Select the Scan2Mail function.
If desired, the scanner settings can now be adjusted on the right side of the window.
Note: The recipient "scan2mail" with the email address "myself@uniflow" is fixed and cannot be changed; these settings ensure that the scan is delivered to your own UZH email address.
Trigger the scanning process with the start button on the multifunction device.
