The University of Zurich offers its members a range of tools to facilitate electronic collaboration and communication.

• Office 365 is available to all employees and students. It includes:
  • Microsoft Teams for chats, online meetings, notes, and file sharing
  • Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint – available online and for local installation
  • OneNote, Outlook, and other Microsoft tools
• Microsoft Teams is the central platform for collaboration – ideal for group projects, courses, or meetings.

Desktop video conferencing systems are available for online meetings and presentations. These systems are particularly optimized for individual participants at each location using a headset.
