The University of Zurich provides various tools that enable electronic communication and facilitate cooperation.
UZH Connect
Students and staff at UZH may use the UZH Connect platform for comprehensive collaboration. UZH Connect includes e-mail, calendar, communities, document management, blogs, wikis, and chat functions.

Office 365/Microsoft Teams
Central IT provides Office 365 with Microsoft Teams, OneNote, the Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ...) and other products to all UZH employees and students to support and promote collaboration at the university. Microsoft Teams is a platform that combines chat, meetings, notes, and attachments.
Office 365 is essentially an online service from Microsoft, but also includes a suite of locally installable applications for editing documents stored locally and in the cloud.
