Licences for more than 300 participants

With your standard Zoom licence, you can hold Zoom meetings with up to 300 participants. The University of Zurich has additional licences for events with more than 300 participants. These licenses vary in their functionality Meeting-vs-Webinar (PDF, 88 KB)

Additional licences must be requested separately in a timely manner viaelectronic form at MELS/AV-Services and assigned to a user account.

• Webinar 500 licence:
  The licences are only available for a limited period, up to the end of the respective semester (FS/HS).
• Webinar 3000 licence:
  The licence can only be allocated for the time of the event
• Large Meeting 1000 licence:
  In the event of increased simultaneous demand, these licences can only be allocated for one to a few days or for the time of the event.
